With her husband in the hospital the Queen rode in an open-topped coach with TRH the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall. TRH the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry followed in a coach of their own. The royal procession was led down The Mall by military cavalry with thousands of cheering people lining the streets.
